Traceable information. Personal choices.
Fieldge LLC operates this website and Fieldge Fieldnotes, its optional SMS program identified as FLG. This policy addresses information you choose to provide and the limits around its use. Privacy questions can be directed to atayee@fieldge.com with the relevant context.
- The mobile-marketing boundary
Fieldge LLC does not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or made available to third parties for their own marketing. Consent to FLG messages is limited to this company's optional program and its stated recruiting subjects.
- Information starts with your choice
You may provide a name, email address, US mobile number, part-time role interest, availability, or the text of a question. SMS-related details can include a consent choice, an opt-out instruction, or a help request. Please do not send private observation records or another person's details unless needed and lawfully shareable.
- Use follows the reason for sharing
If the relevant communication services are active, supplied details may support answering questions, reviewing role interests, keeping correspondence organized, and managing text preferences. Security and applicable legal obligations may also require limited processing. The subject of a question does not by itself establish permission for marketing or any unrelated use.
- Requests about a personal record
You can email atayee@fieldge.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held about you. Identify the relevant communication without providing excessive sensitive material. Reasonable verification may be needed. Legal recordkeeping and the need to preserve an opt-out suppression entry can limit immediate deletion of certain details.
- Adjust the text preference
An active Fieldge Fieldnotes subscriber can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Program questions can also be sent to atayee@fieldge.com. A role-interest or contact inquiry remains separate from SMS consent. Completing the website's consent form does not itself establish that message delivery or a subscription is active.
- Necessary processing by support providers
Where supporting services are enabled, providers involved in SMS delivery, hosting, security, or compliance may process information only as necessary for those functions. This limited processing does not permit their own marketing use of SMS opt-in data or consent. Information may also need to be disclosed in response to an applicable legal obligation.
- Retention has a purpose
Information actually received should be kept only as needed for its purpose and applicable obligations, including necessary consent and suppression records. Reasonable safeguards should reduce unauthorized access, alteration, and loss. No communication or storage method is completely secure, so avoid sharing passwords, financial credentials, or unrelated sensitive details in a general inquiry.
- Younger visitors and personal details
Fieldge LLC does not direct this website or Fieldnotes to children under 13 and does not seek their personal information. If a child may have provided details, contact atayee@fieldge.com with enough context to identify the concern. Additional sensitive documents should not be sent unless an appropriate follow-up process requires them.
- Check the current record of this policy
This notice may change as available communication services, practices, or applicable requirements evolve. Review the current page when deciding whether to share information or choose SMS updates. Questions about a revision, the handling of mobile details, or a privacy request should be addressed to Fieldge LLC at atayee@fieldge.com.
